Great news locals! Fountain Valley City Hall, recreation center and police department are reopening to the public. Starting May 18, public services are open to visit in person, utilize online services, phone, or email. Fountain Valley is living in the digital age! Increased safety measures are required at the above facilities to continue preventing the spread of Covid-19. Face coverings and social distancing is mandated at city facilities. Marked waiting areas are also to observed.
Fountain Valley's City Manager, Rob Houston, sent out a press release stating Fountain Valley's initial open date of May 1 has been adjusted to May 15, 2020. The city, and its services, remain under the 'stay at home' order and citizens are asked to leave their homes for essential activities only.
