Fountain Valley COVID-19 Temporary Emergency RV Parking
Fountain Valley, CA – The COVID-19 emergency has changed the way many cities operate. Orange County has 12,999 cumulative cases to date. Individuals exposed to the virus included first-responders and health care professionals. Our first-responders and health care professionals are confronted with the risk of contaminating their homes and families after each shift without alternative living arrangements.

To support first-responders and health care professionals so they can protect their families and continue to do their jobs, the City of Fountain Valley will temporarily allow RVs to be used as alternative housing for first-responders and health care professionals during the COVID-19 pandemic with a Temporary Emergency RV Permit.
To obtain a Temporary Emergency RV Permit or questions about the temporarily emergency RV parking, please contact Fountain Valley Police Department at (714) 593-4485 or Planning & Building Department at (714) 593-4425.

• For questions about general city services, please call (714) 593-4400 during regular

• Fountain Valley Police Department will maintain essential public safety services and

• Please do not call 9-1-1 unless it is an emergency.
The City of Fountain Valley will continue to provide City services via telephone, email, and through the web. We are working with the guidance of the Federal, State and County authorities.
